I buy book Ajax professional, but I have a problem with the sample chapter with JPSpan.
When I try execute CustomerClient-JPSpan.htm, this ie browser show a message with text: << 'customer' do not defined line 11.

That's normally a problem if you haven't got the script tag that imports the client-side object code.
