can anyone send me some examples or links for working with autosuggest text box handling upkey,downkey and enter key.

The source code for Nicholas Zakas' auto suggest control is available at his site, I believe, and also with the code download for Professional Ajax, 2nd edition. Mine comes with the book Beginning XML, 4th edition.
