i looked at apress.com, its not listed
i looked by ISBN (1-861007-43-4) and by title (Professional PHP4 Web Development Solutions) for the download at apress.com and on the wrox website, and cannot find the downloads, please assist.

Hi there,
Please look at the first two questions on the Download Code page that you can find here: http://www.wrox.com/dynamic/books/download.aspx and then follow the links to the FAQs.
The answer to your question is in there.
What may not be in there (clear enough) is that Wrox went under a while ago. Some of the books and the brand name Wrox have been bought by Wiley. Other books went to Apress. So, you should take a look at the APress site (support.apress.com) for the code download.

Basically, youâll want to know that the former Wrox Press Book Company was liquidated in the spring of 2003 and no longer exists. The books were sold to various companies. Wiley acquired only 34 of the over 350 books and the rights to the www.wrox.com website address. Youâll find the complete list of books currently available from Wiley Wrox Press at

If A Press at http://support.apress.com also did not acquire the book, it is no longer a valid publication.

It's been down for a few days now. Is there some other link where I can download the code? I am looking for the code for PROFESSIONAL XSL.

If the code ever did exist, it doesn't exist anymore, or at least I can't find it anywhere on the internet. This is a sad situation for me. I bought this book "PHP4 Web Development Solutions" brand new off the shelf two years ago, and now that I'm finally ready to use it, the code is unavailable. What can I do???:(
