Default Professional PHP4

What happened to "Professional PHP4"? It is not listed on the 'book list' of this website, no source code is hence available, no erratum either.

I am very disappointed as I just bought this book, published in 2002, and the program listed page 220, chapter 8, on custom sessions handling, appears to have several problems.

Agree totally. I've bought 6 or 7 other cheaper PHP books, spending mega-bucks:(, until I got smart and forked over $50 bucks for this one, and let me tell you, it is written superbly! My definition of "superbly" is any book that gives you examples, and in that category, this one is tops!

What a [u]bitter disappointment</u>, that this book doesn't live up to its billing--not to be able to put all these examples to work!:( Isn't there a precedence setting test case of Mahoney vs. Baloney that false advertising is dishonest resulting in unhappiness, dissatisfaction, disillusionment, frustration, and discontent
