7Stud and I communicated about me deleting the post. I'm leaving a little note here so other people can still benefit from this.
First, the answers to the Ivor Horton C++ book (ISBN: 186100012X) that 7stud had posted are available on the support page for that book at APress.

Bigger picture, 7stud was trying to help other readers here and for that we are grateful. However, we don't own that material, APress does, so it was important for us to remove it here immediately.

The lesson for all the other forum users to benefit from here is, if you have a book resource that you think others may need (missing code, exercise answers, etc) please remember first that someone owns the copyright on that material. If you aren't the copyright owner, please check with us either through an email to a moderator or a post ("hey, I'm thinking of posting the answers from XYZ") prior to posting and we'll check to be sure you aren't doing anything that might get us all in trouble.

7Stud's been very gracious about this little mixup and we hope he'll continue to contribute to forums here.
