Where can I find the code to download for this book.

Please look for your source code at www.apress.com. Wiley had to remove the code downloads for books not purchased with Wrox Press last month.

I checked APress site as well but can't find this book listed although it's still being sold on Amazon and elsewhere. Seems that Apress isn't supporting any of the code for the Wrox books they bought, quote "The source code downloads that accompany books published by Wrox are no longer supported on this site. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Also attempted by ISBN and got "This ISBN '1861005954' cannot be found." Can't find a way to search on Wrox by ISBN so I guess we get no support from either publisher. Shame, shame!

Jack: I genuinely wish we could provide you and other readers with the code. However, we don't own it now, APress does. Their stance is we'd be infringing their rights if we distribute it so we don't. Why they've now chosen not to distribute it either, I can't guess.

In some cases I've had luck finding authors who still had their code and sites where they distributed it. The couple of quick Google searches I did for these 2 authors yielded nothing for one but I did find Twitter and Facebook accounts for James Conard at Microsoft who appears to be this author. If you want to do that search and try to contact him, that might be your best (longshot) bet.
