Default sql server VB 6.0 book wanted

hi all!

I would need to obtain ASAP this VB book from Wrox Press:
Beginning SQL Server 2000 for Visual Basic Developers (author: Thearon Willis)

The point is that I am from EU (Slovakia) and couldn't find it on amazon.de. amazon.com does offer this book but it would take too much time to ship it to my country. Does anybody of you have an idea where I could get this book (it doesn't have to be a new copy)? Or, is it possible to get this book somewhere on the internet in electronic form (like .pdf)?

thanks a lot,

This is an Apress book now but Thearon is still a good Wrox author so I'm happy to help:
Have you considered ordering it from Amazon UK?
The shipping time from there to you might be a lot better than shipping from the U.S.
