Where exactly did you look at the APress site??

Try this:

1. Goto http://www.apress.com
2. Click Download on the homepage where it says: "Download source code and errata"
3. You'll end up here: http://support.apress.com/
4. Scroll down the page until you see: "Books formerly published by Wrox Press Limited:"
5. Open the drop-down list (use the little down-arrow to the right for that) and scroll down the list of books using the scroll bar on the list.
6. Under the P for Professional you'll find Professional Linux Programming.
7. Click the Select Book button.
8. You'll end up here: http://support.apress.com/books.asp?...Go=Select+Book , and tada, there are the support files.

I had same problem ,in book is link to wrox.com not to apress.com , i tried google but i couldnt find link until now. please put correct link in book

Well, if you sent your book to me, I'll change the link for you and then send it back... ;)

Just kidding. Old Wrox went down a long time ago. Around 36 books and the Wrox brand went to Wiley, which continued the Wrox series.

The remainder of the books (including the downloads for the associated titles) went to APress. Apparently your book was one of them. Some of those books are now rereleased under the APress brand and I am sure they have fixed the download links in the new print.

However, there isn't much a publisher can do about printed books that are in your possession, don't you think?

If you can't find the source on the APress site, I suggest you contact their support department.

I'm trying to get hold of the code for the Beginning dreamweaver MX book ISBN 1-86100-820-1. The wrox.com site doesn't seem to load and the book is not listed on the Apress site.

I was wondering whether you would be able to tell me where I can now get hold of the code.

Maybe the site was having technical difficulties when you tried? Right now, I could access the detail and download pages without a problem.
