Default Prof. MFC with VC++6 - Splitters in Doc/View
I have an MFC MDI application that uses a splitter in the MDIChildFrame. The MDI frame has a leftview(CScrollView) and rightview(CView). if the rightview has focus the childframe may be maximised but after that syscommands like minimise or restore get swallowed and have no effect.

Can anyone offer some insights?

Can anyone help me with the code on "image restoration using neural networks"...?......preferabbly VC++ platform...
 Initially the project is to be degraded (blurred) by adding noise and then it is to be restored (preferabbly using neural networks )
