Default Rich Text Boxes

I am reading Professional VB6 Web Programming. About five years ago I bought Visual Basic 6 Professional Edition for my college classes. Included in this edition of Visual Basic 6 was the Rich Text Box Control. When I use the Rich Text Box Control in a standard project, I can use the Load File Property, but when I try to include the Rich Text Box control in DHTML I can't use the property. Is there another property I should be using and how should I use it? Can I add a Rich Text Box to HTML using Notepad and how can that be done? I would really like to know.

You might try asking this question in this VB6 forum:
http://p2p.wrox.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=66
More likely that someone there will know about the control than anyone will remember much from this book.
