Default Professional Active Server Pages 3.0 Case Study

I found the following error in default.asp (front page and admin pages):

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

   Type mismatch: 'UBound'

   /case study/casestudy/navbar.asp, line 6

Is this a problem with vbscript in windows (98 and 2000)?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks.
