Beginning SQL Server 2000 by Robin Dewson

I'm looking for the errata listing for this book. It is copyrighted 2001 and I didn't locate it on the web site. I see that it has been republished with a copyright date of 2003 by A! but no errata listed on that site. Does anyone have the errata listing?
