Default a simple straight answer.

I downloaded the database program eXist and no one seems to be able to give me a simple straight answer as to how to use it. I hope someone can help me here.

1. What is the connection string for eXist?

2. When I save an XML document using Notepad, what folder do I save it to so that eXist can open it and process it?
