What's up with this book? I can't find anything about it on the web.
I want the source codes, but I don't know where to find them.

Why this book isn't listed in Wrox's Book List?

Please look at the first two questions on the Download Code page that you can find here: http://www.wrox.com/dynamic/books/download.aspx and then follow the links to the FAQs.

The answer to your question is in there.

What may not be in there (clear enough) is that Wrox went under a while ago. Some of the books and the brand name Wrox have been bought by Wiley. Other books went to Apress.
