Default Beginning JavaScript 4th CD/DVD?

I initially wanted to purchase this book as an e-book because I'm a quadriplegic and it's much easier for me to get page to page in Adobe reader. However I noticed this statement on Amazon.com:

"Note: CD-ROM/DVD and other supplementary materials are not included as part of eBook file."

So I thought I would just purchased the actual book because one was being sold for a little more than nine dollars As New. Obviously this book comes with a CD but my book didn't. No replies to my e-mail and negative feedback was given, nothing else I can do there.

This is all been very frustrating is there any possible way I can purchase this CD/DVD from you guys? How do those who purchase the e-book get their hands on a copy of the material that with the book? I see you can download exercise files. I need the e-book and I need the other material or the book is worthless.

I apologize in advance for any mistakes in my post if any or there. I use voice recognition it often gets it wrong.

In this case, the easy answer is good news: there is no CD with the printed book, the "supplementary mateials" that disclaimer refers to are the downloads you can get from wrox.com:

For books that do have CDs that aren't also downloadable, we're working on a new site to reliably host large files like CDs and DVDs. But those are really rare for us.

Thanks for the question and feel free to ask questions like this here in the forums any time you aren't sure what comes with one of our books.

Thank you, that's a big relief! Great job leading me here through the book itself.
