Default MCSD Certification Toolkit (Exam 70-483) - No forum for the book?
I've been looking for the forum for the MCSD Certification Toolkit (Exam 70-483) book; however, I don't see one. Is that just because its so new that you haven't made up a forum for it yet?

I don't have any questions now, I'm just reading through the book and getting all my links set up.

That's my fault, I seem behind on forum creation and yes, just because I was out and just got my copy of the book.
