Default asian language support in tomcat 5.x

Hello,
asian languages like chinese and japanese were properly supported in Tomcat 3.3, but not in the later releases. I'm using Tomcat 5.x, obviously asian languages are not supported in 5.x. Does anybody have idea why this happen? Or is there is solution to go arround with this problem.

Please also send me an email to [email protected]

Thanks a lot

Hi Cash,
but it doesn't work. I tried to set the charset in both servlet and JSP, none of them worked. I also made sure that the set is done before I write anything to teh response.
In Tomcat 3.3 was no problem. Any new hints?
