Tomcat Encoding while deploying WAR file

Hi All,

I have Chinese named war file and chinese environment. While deploying chinese WAR thru "Tomcat manager" browser, Tomcat corrupt the chinese character. But I was not faced any problem while deploying WAr file manually.

So here i am expecting some kind encoding setting in Tomcat 5.0.

So, could you please tell me how to set encoding so that i can make Tomcat to understand Chinese character
