Default Beginners Error!

I am trying to run a sample application in Tomcat 4.1. I am using a context entry within the hosts tag of the server.xml. I however get this error when ever I run tomcat:

-constraint" must match "(web-resource-collection+,auth-constraint?,user-data-co
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The content of element type "security-constraint"
 must match "(web-resource-collection+,auth-constraint?,user-data-constraint?)".

Any ideas what it means.

Any help would be excellent.

The error seems to me that your server.xml file is not a valid document. In other words, the nested elements that you have added did not match with the one defined in the DTD file.

Check your server.xml file to see if you misspell the tag names you have specified.

Longjava is correct: your server.xml is invalid. The error message is indicating that you have a <security-constraint> tag in your server.xml that is not ended by a </security-contraint> tag, or that you put elements inside the <security-constraint> element that do not belong there.
