I want to add the true License functionality to some of my web application using tomcat5.5. the problem is it fails to verify license when running using (tomcat5w.exe)Procrun Service Manager but succeeds in (tomcat5.exe) service Runner. What is it?

May be I have found at least one reason of it. The program uses InputStream which is not working under procmngr(Tomcat5w.exe).
