Default Adding Context using MBean

Can any body tell me how to access the tomcat runtime to create the context object. I want to add a context at the runtime. I dont want to add any entries to the server.xml or any where. The changes should persist till it shutsdown. Please give me the code and the steps to achieve the object.

Thanks in Advance.
