log4j warning. and error.

hai. i am getting the following warning and error while startup of tomcat server. please help me out.

log4j: WARN File Option not ser for appender [RF]
Log4j: WARN Are u using file appender instead of consoleAppender?
Log4j: ERROR Either file or datapattern option are not set for Appender.[RF]
