Hello,
i was hoping that someone can help me with a solution. I am hosting two applications on two separate Tomcat servlets on the same machine. TO make life for myself easier, i have configured redirectors in IIS to redirect to each of the applications respectively.
My manager prefers i use two different URLS to access the applications without any / from the internet instead of the /"application" after the DNS name.
now can anyone advise if there would be a way to do this since both need to be accessed from outside using the default http or https ports?

This can be configured using virtual hosts in Tomcat. Configure two different virtual hosts with one application on each. A sample on configuring two virtual hosts and application on each of them can be referred here:
