Default Collaboration Data Objects error '000043ed'

I'm having some troubles while trying to log on to my exchange server

from an ASP page. The Exchange Server and the IIS 5 are on

separate servers in same domain.

( IIs has Basic authentication checked, rights to have log on locally to all domain users)

I got the following error message:

"Collaboration Data Objects error '000043ed'

[ - [(80004005)]] "

Please somebody help me

Thanks
Sathya
