Default Setting BCC field using CDO for Exchange 2000

When I create a message and try to set the FROM and BCC fields only, aftercall the SEND method, I receive the following message:
"Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done. Cod: 80040e21"
If I set the FROM and TO fields, it works.

I hope you can help me.

Tks,
Fabio

Hi there,

AFAIK, the TO field is always required. After all, a BCC is a copy of the original message, so there must at least be an original to copy from ;)

You'll need to put your own address, or a fake address, in the TO field and then add the rest of the addresses to the TO field.
