Default Using CDO to go to Exchange 5.5

I have a Web server and and Exchange Server. They are on 2 different win2k boxes. I have the CDO 1.21 registered on the IIS Box. Do I need outlook on the IIS box to get all the appropriate MAPI dlls or is MAPI32.dll all I need. I am trying to logon to a MAPI session and getting MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND.

Please help.

You either have to install Outlook WITH the CDO part or the Exchange system manager on the IS server.
