ASP.Net Mysql Error

I am using asp.net with c# to attach Mysql database.
Everything is working fine. But when I open the connection, it displays the error.

Host 'xxx.xxx.xx.xx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

My code and database are hosted on different servers.
