Save email address to Distribution list

Hi

How do I save an email address directly to a distribution list in Outlook from an ASP. Page. What I've got is a form to submit contact details to a database. I want the email address taken to be saved directly to an Outlook distribution list. Have managed to save from an Access database. How would I do it using CDO?
