HELP!(problems at chapter 3)

My problem was occured in the end of chapter 3. When I press F5, it said that the web couldn't be displayed. And "HTTP 500-server error". I am sure that the codes in vb.net is correct. And I use sql server. I have tried many times but failed. Please help me, thanks a lot!
