Default Enterprise Manager DTS

When I use DTS to export data from a Temp database to another there would appear to be duplicate data. The duplicate data does not show as rows in Enterprise Manager but does show in an application I am using. The duplicate data also shows when I import the data to MS Excel. A duplicate entry would appear to be created each time I run DTS to export the data from one database to another. Does anyone know where the duplicated data is stored so that I can delete it and stop this happening again?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Gary
