Default Beginning ASP 3.0

hi i have recently purchased Beginning active server pages 3.0, the problem i am having is that book is directed more towards an access database but i have been instructed to use an oracle database by the powers that be, how easy is it to change the code in the book from a access database to a oracle database, i am a newbie to all this, so my understanding of ASP is limited and my understanding to oracle is limited, please keep the replies simple.....:D

thank you in advance.
