Enabling Identity property for a Database field

Hi,
Ive just made a table. And wanna set the primary key to be DeptId with Identy-Yes, Identity Seed - 1 so that the database increments it automatically.

Unfortunately the Id and Id Seed are not enabled in the VS.Net hecne I cant change them. Is there a way around it.
