Urgent! SSL can't work

Hi there, did u all know what is needed to run a web page with https:// using SSL? I am developing the e-commerce website. I have problem installing trial verisign IIS. I got the page error "Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer". Thanks a lot.
