Hello,

First, excuse me about my english but i'm from Barcelona (SPAIN) and i don't speak english enought well to explain my self,

I try,

I'm tring to complete the e-commerce project from Matthew Reynolds,

Now we hace to enviroments, one real an other for developping,

I don't know why, last month we have made updates on de Process component and now when executes de component i shows that error:

error '800a01b6'

The object doesn't support this property or method

It happens when is executting that line:

If ObjectContext.IsInTransaction=true Then ....

The component is binary compatible, is For a new transaction..


Somebody can help me, please


I can't understand why last month it works and now doesn't works,

Hi Karim,

Whoever wrote the class behind the object "ObjectContext" has changed its interface. In other words they have removed or renamed the property "IsInTransaction". You need to find out what public properties and methods are supported in that class.

If "ObjectContext" is an instantiation of a COM object then you can view it's interface via Component Services in Control Panel > Admin Tools. That's how you do it with W2K anyway.
