Default Who sets up the transaction code

Hi,

I have read about SSL etc and understand the basic concepts. I will be needed shortly to set up a certificate for my first client but I know nothing about the actual code for processing the transaction.

Who sets this up, me or the bank?

Please give some details if possible of this process or point me in the right direction to the people I need to contact to find this out.

Thanks to anyone who can help on this matter.

Check out SSL Certificates at verisign.com. They can issue you a signed certificate that you plug into IIS on the web server.
