If you suplly the code for the page it would help us determine the cause. Other than that though, in Internet explorer, make sure that Show Friendlly HTTP Error Messages is UNchecked, and in IIS, you can alter the script debugging for the application when you click on the configuration button and go to the "App Debugging" Tab.
It looks like there may be a question mark some where in your code that's screwing things up though...As I said, it would be easier to help if I saw the code for the page. You should know which page it is, even if you just right-click on the screen and go to properties, it should tell you.
