Default Creating ASP.NET Application in Visual Studio.NET

Whenever i want to begin a ASP.NET project in VS.NET , i get stuck.It gtates that it can't vreate project in the current location with the eroor returned entitled "HTTP Error 404"
Please help me with that!

Are you trying to create the ASP.NET project outside of the IIS root folder? Also, when does the HTTP Error 404 display, when you try to create the project?
