Default Currency value in textboxes

I have a TextBox which takes in values that represent some
currency value.
Can I somehow have commas be inserted after every third digit that
the user inputs.

like $ 123,456,000
       Rs. 10,500

You'll have to do all this with some javascript parsing when the onKeyPress, onKeyUp, or onKeyDown client-side event occurs.
