Default British Date Format

I have a crystal report that is displaying dates in a dd/mm/yyyy format. These display correctly in the Preview view. However, once I push them out through the crystal report viewer control on the web page, they revert back to mm/dd/yyyy.

It is obviously the crystal report viewer control that is doing this, but there doesn't seem to be any way of switching the way dates are displayed. Has anyone solved this problem?

Has anyone ever found a solution to this problem? I have been searching for several days for an answer. Thanks in advance.
