Default Adding References

Hi everybody,

I Do all my coding using the ASP.Net WebMatrix. I do not have
Microsoft Visual Studio.Net.
I want to add a Com Reference to my code.
Somebody please sugest me how to add references to my program
without using Visual Studio.Net
