how to refresh data in mobile form

how to refresh data in a mobile form ? when i manipulated the data then try to bind the data again in object list, nothing was happenned. i put my code in the form_active. when i debugged every row of my code, the mobile form do enter the form_active and reload the object list again, but when it is run without debug, the object list remained not updating.

somebody please help...
