Default Viewing ASP files in IIS 3.0

Hi, I really need some help here...

Given:
1.) IIS 3.0 installed
2.) Windows NT 4.0 Operating System
3.) Localhost name: ENGTEK
4.) IE 6

Problem:
I have a asp file named hello.asp. the problem is that I can't view it using my web browser, I keep having an error message of "Error: Access is Denied" or "HTTP: 404 Object not Found."

I use this address: http://Engtek/hello.asp
I have a home page (http://grace) and it's doing fine
note: This is an intranet connection I'm having anyway.

Whenever I try to use the same address in my Win XP computer, I can view the said page without hassle...

Why is this happening and how can I resolve this problem? Please help me out!

Can IIS 3.0 view ASP files? or I have to make some modifications?
Thanks
Otixz
