i need to make ASP.NET based CMS.
Could anyone suggest a good tutorial?

Digimaker .NET CMS is one of the best i have seen so far. The price makes all the difference. And it does 90% of Sitecore and is less than quarter the cost of sitecore. They have a trial version at www.digimaker.com you can check it out yourself
