Can any one guide me so that using either Datagrid or Datalist or Repeater Server Control i can display 4 records in a row and next 4 in another row and so on.

A bit of Googling would have given you an answer hours ago.

Anyway, check out this ASP.NET quick start: http://samples.gotdotnet.com/quickst..._datalist.aspx

Basically, you'll need to add a simple DataList to your page, add some data to it (DataSet, DataReader, Arrays, whatever) and set RepeatColumns to 4.
