Default Help me ! I can't start asp.net project !!

Hi,
    I am using Windows 2k3 server Ent. edition. when i installed vs.net and tried to create asp.net project it asked me the path . it is http://localhost/webapplication1 . but when i clicked ok then it showed me the error that can't create bcause they are shared as file sharing etc.. . So, now what to do ?
