Default Global.asa

I wana make an application using Global.asa file.. but I want to know if there are any limitations or security issues regarding the use of global.asa file.
 Please comment

You do not use global.asa files in .NET; instead you use global.asax files. You can look at http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/asp/Art...balAsaxDPL.asp or http://samples.gotdotnet.com/quickst...lobalasax.aspx for more information on them.
