Only some images must have links

Hi

I have repeater that collects image url's from a database. I want only certain images to be hyperlinked to a larger version of the picture. What is the best way of doing this.

Also some of the entries dont have a corresponding image, but if I leave a cell in the db blank it shows up as a broken link. I would just like it to show nothing.
