I do not know how to explain this correctly. Sometimes I recieve an email that looks like a webpage when I open it up. Sometimes they are newsletters or notifications. You can click on a loink or photo in the email and link to the actual website. I am not sure how to do this. Can someone please explain the steps to me with ASP.NET?

i think the process would be;

make a webpage and post it online.

make an ASP.Net page linking the recipient with the webpage.

Is that right? Does anyone knbow how to acomplkish any thing like this?
