Default retrieving fields

Hello everyone,
I'm newly hired programmer, I have created a database in MS Access already and using Visual Studio ASP.net, my problem is , how to retrieve the fields and displaying them.w/o using the datagrid.Actually i have 3 pages, i'm going to summarize those 3 pages
<summary.aspx> in this page those are labels.how can i retrieved the data to database.
I have tried those site but it doesn't supply me with any example, which have step by step tutorials.
Pls. help me....

You can bind data to almost any object, textboxes, dropdownlists etc.
