Default opening asp.net pages

Hi all
    Can any help me on my task. As i am new to web applications in Asp.net i am unable to do my task. my task is.

  In my application i have a page which has list of Branch offices.In that user can select multiple branches when he selects 3 offices 3 windows should open with textboxes "Employee name",Designation,Salary and below that "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.user will enter details of three windows one after other and save them or cancel to that window. Like wise based selection of office from list those number of windows should open dynamically at runtime. To achive this can any one suggest me how to do this and i shall ever be thankful it is with code also.

This is urgent pls help me senior guys
